Apprenticeship at Resch&Frisch
Already since the foundation of the family company in Wels in 1924 apprentices have been important supports for Resch&Frisch. In four different occupations young men and women are trained, a double apprenticeship is also possible at Resch&Frisch.

Professional training is the start into a successful professional career. Education and advanced training is also an important pillar of success to us as a company.
This is why we are currently training 33 apprentices and want to accept further apprentices for the training year 2013/2014 in the following areas:
Our apprentices pass through many areas of the company during their training and learn than after their training at Resch&Frisch, all doors are open. The saying "from apprentice to manager" is applicable here! Many managers have trained with us and have grown into their managing position later on.
Focal points for training
50% of the training period is education at Resch&Frisch. "We do not see apprentices as cheap workforce, but as the future potential of our company". Next to the comprehensive technical training and the dual system of professional school, the apprentices receive general education courses like IT courses or seminars for personality development. Specifically the training workshop tries to promote abilities and personalities next to the classic training – workplace and school – in order to make an important contribution for the future specialist worker demand.
Qualification of the trainers
In order to guarantee a quality training of the apprentices, Resch&Frisch also consistently trains its employees. 13 managers took part in the trainee trainer course in 2010.
We are still searching for apprentices with team spirit and dedication for 2013/2014!
